For the goose and gander with high hopes
Of leftover from the table of the rich man
Half baked bread is better than none

Pangs of ulcer in cloak of skin walkers
Biting hunger wouldn’t stop raping their stomach
Half baked bread is better than none

For the intending prophets; “I’m seeing double”
Rumbling stomach with incessant noises
Half baked bread is better than none

And not all relationships are rosy
But you wouldn’t want to Liverpool (You never walk alone)
You rather opt for “Half baked bread is better than none”

For students who have opined that “school na scam”
Until when AJuwaya will brand his green jean jacket before your eyes
It will dawn on you that; “half baked bread is better than none”
