Jamb Student Who Scored 347 Offered Scholarship Worth #14m By Ghana University

Ekene Franklin Ezeunala, the candidate who scored the highest score in the 2019 JAMB UTME, has been offered a scholarship by a Ghanaian university scholarship which worth $40,000 this scholarship was made known by the  College Senior Admissions Manager during a workshop held in Lagos recently.


           Ghanian private university, named Academic City College this university offered scholarship worth $40,000 which when converted to naira is worth the sum of #14m to the candidate who scored 347 in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) which happened to be the highest in the 2019 JAMB UTME examination.

Although Ekene Franklin Ezeunala, his not present at the event. The presentative of the College Senior Admissions Manager in Nigeria, the person of Ogechi Ekpe, spoke at the ceremony . She said that the scholarship granted Ekene Franklin Ezeunala would cover his tuition and boarding for the duration of his programme at the University programmes.

Ekene Franklin Ezeunala, who just turned 15 by May 27, 2019, was however denied admission at his choice at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) - for the fact that the school management don't admit applications underage which is below 16.
